NOTES:

To compile this demo you will need...
- access-key-id and a secret-key: you have to create an affiliates 
  account with Amazon.com to obtain them
- associate-tag: the way I found mine was thru the link referral 
  demo. When you click on the [Make Request] button it invokes
  a web-browser. If you look at the URL you'll see your associates
  tag

If you try to compile the demo without that information the error 
messages will tell you where to insert them.
