1. Install

Run Alt2Ucf-1.0-setup.exe. Application is not signed, accept warning.
An entry in Start menu will be created automatically.

2. Usage

Run alt2ucf from start menu under Alt2Ucf. It will popup File Open dialog.
Select Altium Designer Constraint file to read data from.
Select target directory and file name to write Xilinx UCF constraints to.

This is a minimalistic utility. It will remember file locations when run for
the second time.
