This directory (currently) contains the beta ISOs for AllegianceOS. Every ISO is 64-bit, multi-lib support enabled, with XFCE 4.x (4.14 - 4.16 currently) These are installer ISOs only! No live CD is currently available (nor is one planned). A primary goal of this distribution is to keep the ISO sizes small, so the ISO is a simplified ncurses (Slackware-like) menu-based installer. If you're looking for the "other desktops" note that all screenshots taken were of XFCE with the included desktop configurations - not sepaate DEs!. Reading the FAQ or ReadMe PDF files will give more information on how to choose one of these configurations on user creation, and how to switch between them after the user account has been setup. I hope you enjoy AOS, and please give feedback as that will serve to improve the project. Please DO CHECK the FAQ list before asking about what else will be implemented. If your question is unique, it may get added to that file. :) The latest versions (3.1+) ship with a new graphical manager and package installer created from scratch for AOS! Please give feedback on these apps especially so bugs may be addressed. (paracoder[at]protonmail.com) For those testing, please give feedback on whether or not the stable (once released) should be configured in this way.
