aiFlow 2.0.0 — the first release of aiFlow as its own app: a fast, native macOS file manager with AI organizing, Folder Rules, Mail Inbox filing, E-Sign, Secure Share links, Workspaces with tasks, Git, a code editor and a Markdown reader. Everything runs on your Mac; network features are opt-in.
Download: aiFlow-2.0.0.dmg below → drag aiFlow into Applications.
- Requires macOS 14+ on Apple Silicon (M1 or newer). This build has no Finder right-click extension.
- First open: aiFlow isn't notarized, so macOS blocks it once. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway, or double-click Fix Gatekeeper.command in the DMG.
- Coming from FinderFlow? Settings, AI keys, the E-Sign seal key and permissions carry over (same bundle ID).
- Updates: from now on aiFlow updates itself from this repository. Every update is checked against the
.sha256file published with it.
Highlights
- AI Organizer and Folder Rules ("PDF invoices from Telekom → Documents/Invoices by year"), which read scanned PDFs and photos with on-device OCR.
- Mail Inbox: import from Mail.app, a Mail rule and auto-sync; AI enrichment and reorganizing, with Undo.
- Folder switching about 2× faster (native list); search moved to the title bar; simpler toolbar.
- The default file manager works on macOS 26 (it takes effect after the next login).
