Ships ai-2 0.8.0, and adds a graphical package manager to the image.
Two things a freshly installed machine did not have before: something to read, and an obvious way to install software and update.
- A guide for the installed computer, not for the USB stick: AI-2-GUIDE.txt (with AI-2-GUIA.txt and AI-2-ANLEITUNG.txt). It lands on the desktop at your first login in your own language, sits in the menu as "AI-2 Guide", and prints with
ai-2 guideso it also works over SSH and through a screen reader. - Add/Remove Software (pamac, from Artix's own repository) and a "Software Updates" menu entry that opens it on its updates page.
ai-2 installfor the terminal: plain-language short names (office, pdf, media, photos, image-editor, browser, archives, printing, scanner, usb-disks) or any package name. It enables the service a daemon needs, soai-2 install printingleaves you able to print rather than just holding the packages.ai-2 update: one command for AI-2, the AI engine, the model catalog and the rest of the system.- The update notification now carries a button that opens the updates page, and it speaks Spanish and German like the rest of the tool.

Verified by a complete QEMU install and first boot: the guide on the desktop, both menu entries present, pamac's authentication working on runit (pamac install authenticates through polkit and completes), and ai-2 install printing enabling cupsd for real.
