- The setup wizard, terminal chat, and the installer (slideshow + welcome page) speak Spanish and German; the welcome page switches language the moment you pick one, and the START HERE guide ships as EMPIEZA-AQUI.txt and START-HIER.txt too.
- New: ai-2 chat --terminal (fastest, lightest way to chat, recommended on low-end PCs; used automatically without a display) and ai-2 profile (one view of hardware, tier, AI Score).
- Declining the recommended model download no longer blocks chatting; chat falls back to the model already on disk.
- The GRUB boot menu no longer stretches on widescreen (1366x768) panels, and the logo is smaller.
- Schema tests for all declarative YAML (tiers, model catalog, workflow profiles).
