Installer and boot fixes from real 2011-2016 hardware: SI/CIK-era AMD GPUs no longer black-screen after GRUB (steered to the radeon driver), "Erase disk" no longer disappears on machines that previously ran Linux (leftover swap partitions are released first), a reworked slideshow with an honest starter-model slide, the wide AI-2 logo in the installer sidebar, a smaller boot-menu type, and a one-click "Remote help (SSH)" icon on the live desktop.
