Changes

Update Reliability

  • Hardened acfs update around MCP Agent Mail startup recovery so ACFS owns the readiness loop instead of failing on the upstream installer's remote HTTP probe.
  • Switched Agent Mail service validation to readiness-aware health probes, with a longer startup window for archive reconstruction.
  • Removed stale migrate pre-start behavior and aligned fallback service launch with the managed systemd contract.

DCG and Agent Stack Repair

  • Made DCG stack updates resilient to transient installer failures and always re-register the Claude Code hook with dcg install --force.
  • Fixed service setup guidance by removing the invalid dcg install --yes path.
  • Completed the Antigravity-oriented update surface and kept the locked launcher/test harness path shellcheck-clean.

Release Gate and Checksum Provenance

  • Added mandatory /dp/automated_flywheel_setup_checker verification guidance to AGENTS.md.
  • Refreshed verified installer checksum metadata for the current upstream ohmyzsh installer and regenerated web manifest provenance.
  • Clarified README repair guidance and replaced stale direct reinstall advice with the ACFS stack update flow.

Verification

  • scripts/release-doctor.sh --full --network=check: pass.
  • ./scripts/lib/security.sh --verify: 42 verified, 0 failed.
  • /dp/automated_flywheel_setup_checker: validate/list/check baseline passed; URL and hash validation matched all 42 installers.
  • ShellCheck, manifest drift, web type-check/lint/build, focused unit tests, and ACFS checker runs passed during release preparation.

Artifacts

  • ACFS is released as a tagged installer/source tree, matching prior ACFS releases; no per-platform binary artifacts are attached.
