Fixes found on the first upgrade of a 24 GB MacBook Pro.
- The Skills model's swap limit follows your Mac. 2.0.0 held back the model that writes Skills whenever more than 8 GB of swap was in use, on every Mac. Swap stays in use long after the pressure that caused it, so a 24 GB Mac at 8.5 GB of swap would not write Skills. AgentHandover now waits while macOS reports memory pressure (as Memory already did) and keeps swap only as an emergency stop at twice your Mac's memory.
agenthandover doctorwarns at the same points. - Setup speaks of the mode you picked. With Memory only selected, setup's Ollama panel still warned about the Skill models (their Ollama minimum and the swap limit). It now reports for the mode on screen: in Memory only, an Ollama older than 0.40 is the one problem, said plainly. Setup no longer says "Local setup looks good." when there is nothing it can download.
