IF you have a similar MX file (recent snapshot or previous version) 
use zsync_adrian-test.sh script, download it, make it executable

./zsync_adrian-test.sh FILENAMETODOWNLOAD.iso INPUTFILE.iso

INPUTFILE.iso is the file you already have that is similar to the file
you want to download.

Alternative usage (it tries to find INPUTFILE in the current folder):
./zsync_adrian-test.sh FILENAMETODOWNLOAD.iso 

Example: 
./zsync_adrian-test.sh MX-LXQt-18.8_x64.iso MX-17.1_July_x64.iso

Or:
./zsync_adrian-test.sh MX-LXQt-18.8_x64.iso
