YOu need to go to the Adobe Website and get the Uninstaller, and the Actual Offline Flash Player installers: 1) get the uninstaller here: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe 2) Go to the bottom of this page and get the 3 Flash Offline installers: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_text_4 3) Download the InstallFlash.cmd file on this page and place ALL the above files from Adobe in a new/seperate folder, including InstallFlash.cmd. 4) Right Click and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR This bat file will remove, cleanup stale files if necessary, and re-install Flash Player. This is for Windows VISTA, WIN7, WIN8.X, and tested on WIN10 NOTE: If you see any errors such as 'process does not exist' or 'file does not exist' don't worry, its just telling you there is nothing to kill or delete IF you see any messages about can't delete file b/c it is in use then there is something that is unknown to me that is holding the flash player runtimes open. That will have to be something that you have to determine as I put as many things in the taskkill.ese cmd that I am aware of that uses flash.
