The data files contained in the download are the freely redistributable datafiles by Crack Dot Com. It is NOT everything required to play the game. From your Abuse CD or Floppy Disk (your own dump or image): Copy the content of the data directory into the same directory as the Abuse 0.9.1 executable. Do NOT overwrite the files that are already there, only copy the directories that are not present.
