#42 added adjustable smoothing filter to RANDOM LFO

this is a second attempt of

I have implemented the ideas discussed there.
now the values of the RAND LFO go though a LP filter, which can smooth them.
with the START knob set to max (127) the filter is turned completely off. Near 0 it creates the low frequency noise that I made the LFO_NOI patch for.

I (mis)used the START phase knob because for the RANDOM LFO it has the same effect as the DELAY.

is it possible to change the label of the knob if the random type is active?

third attempt. now with an own parameter and knob in zest and old gui.
the Patch for mruby-zest seems to include more than intended. should be only one added line:
Knob { extern: box.extern+"Pcutoff"}
