#15 Octave changing keys

I made some modifications on VirKeyboard.cc to make it possible to change the octave of the two parts of the keyboard using F5-F8 keys, so you can play songs in a higher range of pitch.

I didn't really want to modify VirKeyboard.fl because I don't know FLUID yet.

Just download the source, replace the file and hope the bests.
(I don't know yet how to write a proper patch, I am quite a beginner in program-hacking. :))

    I guess I misread the description.
    I was expecting a patch.
    The implementation is a bit convoluted.
    As I do not want to integrate something, which is quite unclear on how it is modifying the code, it will not be integrated at this time.
    If this is converted into a patch to the .fl file and some comments are added, then it will likely be integrated.
