Hi. I found some bugs into the binary data of zynaddsubfx instruments (mas_zyn,bnk_zyn,etc. files). This (and some sugestion from others) made to think about switching to XML format. I didn't programmed with XML, but I will study/start it. So, I will tag the current version of zynaddsubfx in CVS .. and after this the file format will be not compatible. The main reason is that I am going to reorganise the data inside zynaddsubfx (especilly on Parts - to remove some design issues - by breaking the Part into 3 smaller classes, like Part, InstrumentKit and Instrument). Anyway, after the reorganisation and switching XML, I will write a converter to make possible to use the saved files. The XML/reorganisation becomes a priority, and I will continue others after this. Please tell me some sugestions about it. Paul. P.S. I put the old jack output file back, to make possible to use jack while I will put zynaddsubfx on xml. This is not RT-safe. But the RT-safe (but broken, for now) is avaliable if you set the LINUX_AUDIOOUT to JACK_RT. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? New Yahoo!
