#87 LFOs for ADDsynth Modulator amount and pitch

For years I've missed a way to add constant change to the modulation inside ADDsynth module.

Sometimes I try to mimic this with a freeform envelope - but that's a very rough hack, and doesn't really cut it.

I found out this request is obsolete, becasue this van be done using the external modulation.
