#34 Add a compressor and/or limiter effect

One effect I'm missing in Zyn's stack is a compressor/limiter.

I always can use them externally, so this is not high priority, but completing the effects list could be nice. Maybe taking some code from say SC4 compressor and adding a GUI would be enough for that?

Actually a general-purpose dynamics processor unit would be very handful. I found gates and compressors extremely needed for good drum synthesis. I tend to use Calf ones right now, but if Zyn could have a compander in it, I might not need it that much :)
