Pasting with one tab open does not update the knobs in the other tab (though the values are updated). This refers to the "Harmonic Structure" tab and the "EnvelopesLFOs" tab. As FLTK sends the same "/presets/paste" msg and receives the same "/damage" msg, it's an FL UI bug.

Bug exists on master, e.g. in c64ebb2e818cf52402591b86e9d2e4d813bbbe80.

  Yes. Go to harmonic tab, press copy, change bandwidth, go to Env/LFO tab, paste. bandwidth is not reset to the copied value. Tested with current master.
  
  It seems to work if you do not switch tabs meanwhile.
