zxJDBC is now included with Jython

zxJDBC is now included in version 2.1 of Jython. This means no seperate download and a change in the licensing. All new development on zxJDBC will be done in the Jython project. It is recommended that all zxJDBC and Jython users upgrade to Jython 2.1.
