Cursor is not erased when drawn by ZVTM in an STD view.

The problem does not occur when drawing the system cursor or in GL views (OpenGL) no matter the cursor type.

Fixed, but introduced a side effect that has to be addressed: when reentering the view, the cursor gets drawn in the old location on first mouse move event before disappearing.

Addressed side effect. mouseEntered() did not update zvtm cursor position. Since the cursor entering the view does not trigger a mouseMoved() event, the cursor's position was not updated properly for the first pixel covered by the cursor upon reentry.
