#3 Just added 2.5.12 Uploads parser patch+ some parser cosmetic

Hey, glad to help. I went on and found that Upload
screen needs some revamping as well.
Something screwed up there with mldonkey cause it
shows IP as username and it does allows whitespaces in
usernames (and thus in IP field).
Nevertheless I tried to pull out as more info as I could.
Also added some table adjustments to Downloads
template so it won't look that shifted;).
I'll see if I can get ETA back (it was quite useful) but for
now I guess that will do.

I would appreciate if you put in some credits to me;).
I have PHP filemanager bundled with my Zuul so people
coudl use it remotely - you think it's a good idea to add
it?

Sure, I'd love to have that, too... Doesn't look like it
actually got attached here, so you may want to re-attach it.
And currently you're top billing in the credits file. :)

As for the PHP filemanager thing, I wouldn't add that into
the "main" Zuul release just yet, as everything's still in a
state of flux and I don't want to be adding new features
until 2.0.0 hits... I could probably make an "additions"
file section on sourceforge, though, for extra stuff like
that...
