#11 Generate Playlist File For Music

I'm planning on having it be that the server can generate playlists (see Ampache for example) so the user can play music in their favorite audio player if they so choose. When using the ZUMS client, it will pass a specific URL to the server which will tell it to play from the client. That way, the client can appropriately notify the server when the track has been played at least a certain length. When using another audio player, the server will submit the play as soon as the file finishes sending.
