#87 Load .MID files?

you all managed to tackle importing of .IT files very well!

but why did you not include importing of .MID files?

.MIDs are the only somewhat common file format availble to go
between many different programs and hardware. and since MIDI
is Zt's main focus, I am surprised this function is not implemented.
