#67 Block Selecting

Please improve the block selecting methods:

1. Alt-D [16,32,64,128...]
This feature was not included, even though it it
REALLY basic.

2. Shift-Arrows
Why is this so messy??
It was so easy with Impulse tracker.
That "Streach-out" method you've implamented is
horrible. If you still wish to keep it (a bad idea,
imho), please shift it into Ctrl-Shift-Arrows or
something.
