#64 VSTi support!

Someone had to do it sooner or later so I thought to
add it now :)

Yeah, I know it's probably too much to ask, but I was
just thinking how cool it would be if you would be
able to use for example a VSTi sampler plugin directly
with ZT without any host applications... now it
requires RT Player or something similar, which are of
course expensive programs... and naturally introduce
latency.

I have noticed that quite many of these so-called
tracker-based applications already feature VSTi, and I
was wondering whether it would actually be hat
difficult to implement...?

It would definitely increase the ZT's possibilities
enormously!

I'd like to see VSTi support too, but I don't know whether
it will ever happen.

Something you might want to try is Psycle.. I've had some
luck controlling VSTis in Psycle, from z-tracker.

I used some VSTis in BUZZ from ZT. How about standalone softs, quite many VST instruments are available
standalones too.

Just ordinary sample support would do it for me.
