#53 mouse-draw while scroll gets wonky

performing an "effects draw" with the mouse while the
song is playing and "scroll lock" is scrolling makes
ZT get all wonky. The screen starts paging all funny
and the song stops scrolling. Hard to explain unles
you try it yourself.

It would be a cool feature if you could mouse-draw
your effects in real time...
