#17 TPB change bug in Z-Tracker.

This is not about the slider issue before you start
thinking.. :)

When I set the TPB in F10 screen (as suspected) it
works fine! :)
But when I change the TPB (that is the A..xx command)
in the pattern editor and I play the pattern there is
a delay.
Try it out for yourself:
Set the TPB in the F10 screen to 6.
Make some noise in the pattern and start right away
(first row) with the A..xx effect. Set it to eg:4 :)

Here with me it doesnt start right away with TPB 4 but
first with TPB 6 and some rows later TPB 4.
Very strange.. so there is a little delay in it.
