[Ztm-devel] Initial import of ZTMDefault

I just imported ZTMDefault into CVS.

ZTM2 is the topic map engine. ZTMDefault is the central part of the topic 
management skin.

We still have some products like DisplayLists and Images to clean up and 
release.

The code is fairly stable, although it might have some undocumented 
dependencies. I tested a setup with this version yesterday, so it should work 
OOTB.

It will be further cleaned up as we progress with the reimplementation of 
forskning.no.

Our current working goals for ZTMDefault is to make it easier to install, move 
some TTW editing code from ZTM2 and cleaning up the templates.
