#10 Another Linux Joystick fix

After trying the previous patch listed here without
sucess, I set out to fix the joystick axes problem
myself. Not much is different from
zsnes_joystick_fix.diff except some changed comparison
values and extra handling code. Be sure to apply patch
from the zsnes-1.36/src/linux directory (ie "patch -p0
< /path/to/patch/patch_linux_joy_zsnes-1.36.diff" from
within zsnes-1.36/src/linux).
