#68 Feature Request: toggle cheats with a keyboard key

Hello ZSNES Dev Team,

are you still active? However this is my favourite emulator.

Okay, now to the feature request:
I want to map keyboard keys as toggle for activating / deactivating cheats.
So that i can map for example cheat no 1 labeled as "level skip" on any keyboard key. would be nice to do so.
