#44 Disable xscreensaver in Linux port

I know that the Windows version has code to disable the
screensaver, but this feature would be nice to also
have in Linux to disable xscreensaver. Because I use a
gamepad I have to kill xscreensaver before starting
zsnes to avoid having my game inturrupted by the
screesaver, and it would be nice to have zsnes do
disable it for me.

I'm sure it's not too hard. I know that other GPL
programs (mplayer, for example) have code to do this.
Maybe some code could be borrowed from one of them.
