#32 ZSnes windowed and resizable

Hi, nice work. I love this emu.
I like to play in window mode, but i'm missing a true
window, with his title bar and close button. And of
course, the ability to resize the window. Somethink
like Mame or Winkawkas.

Another request could be the possibility of using
scanlines with interpolation or scale (or any other
filter), and be able to chose the opacity of the
scanlines between 0 and 100.

I would change all the win video modes and put them as
zoom x1, zoom x2, etc...
