#27 seperate button-config for each game

It would be really great to have a (auto-loaded) button-
configuration for each game. This is because not all games use all
buttons and I need some buttons more often (easy to reach on my
keyboard) playing one game while these buttons have no function in
other games where I need yet other buttons there (especially true
for L/R buttons).

Can I please get a reason why it got closed?
The feature is important to me. It got implemented already?
I haven't had time to update zsnes, still using 1.36.
