Hi,

I've used your ZR-3 under OS 9 (Cubase VST 5), and it
always runs beautifully!

I installed both Crazy Diamonds & the ZR-3 today under
OS X, and loaded them both into Cubase SX, on two midi
tracks.

Crazy Diamonds launches and plays fine. Loading the
ZR-3 seems to kill my audio output (??). I get a loud
crackling sound when I select the ZR-3, or change its
patches. After loading/selecting, I can't get audio
output at all from any midi channel (ie, switching back
to the track assigned to Crazy Diamond, there is no
audio output any longer -- not even from my click track).

Midi signals still seem to be getting through, however,
as both plugins register the midi input.

Closing the ZR-3 doesn't restore audio. Closing and
relaunching Cubase does fix the problem.

Crazy Diamonds seems to behave well, so I am discarding
the ZR-3 for now...

My Setup...

Hardware/OS:
Mac G4 867Mhz 'Quicksilver'
OS X 10.2.4 (OS 9.2.2 on seperate partition)
1.5Gb Ram
2X80Gb HD, 1X60Gb firewire HD
Superdrive

Interface/controller:
Tascam US-428 USB audio/midi interface
Evolution MK-249cII midi controller/keyboard

Software:
Cubase SX 1.052 (hotfix applied)

One additional note: When I downloaded and unstuffed
the .sit files, each had TWO files inside, both named
identically... for example:

The result of unstuffing CrazyDiamonds_osx.sit:

- File #1: Crazy Diamonds (type = 'document')
- File #2: Crazy Diamonds.1 (type = 'vst plugin')

Putting the 'vst plugin' file into the VST Plugins
folder works obviously... is there a purpose for the
other file?

Thanks, and hope this helps!
