It should still be there, I just moved it to the new processors package. 
All tests pass on my machine here, as well as functional tests (using it 
with real XSLT and real XML in Zope). Maybe you're trying to import it 
from somewhere else?

I wrote an email to the list. Did you not get it? I'm really sorry if I 
caused any trouble. I thought we had agreed on my proposal...
