Two things to try: 1) go through the TUTORIAL step by step and make sure that the installation is sound. If the very first example doesn't work, either the TUTORIAL is not clear enough (documentation bug) or your installation is not setup correctly. 2) Try executing the tests. If you have ZopeTestCase installed, you can run the test suite and that will exercise pretty much everything.
