[ZooLib-dev] ButtonMessage build problems

Hello,

as I wrote earlier the PainterTest project won't build because
I lack the ZAS compiler and at the moment I can't build it
(don't have the CW Plug-In SDK).

I've tried the build at least ButtonMessage just to take a look
at the library (Carbon debug target under CodeWarrior Pro 7.2
on OS X 10.1.5), but I got a lot of errors, reported below.

Besides the obvious ones, there are more subtle problems
regarding the MSL and possibly order-of-inclusion inconsistencies
across different CW versions -- I suspect the project was
exported from CW Pro 6.x and not 7.x

I'd really like to take a look at ZooLib and how (whether?)
it performs in Carbon builds.
