[ZooLib-dev] Tab panels and splitters

Hello All,

I'm having difficulty with ZoolLib tab panels and splitters. In the case of
tab panels, I can't get them to appear properly (tabs missing on MacOS and
tabs drawn as buttons on Windows).  Further, I can't get the tab buttons to
respond to mouse clicks on Windows.  In the case of splitter, when I click
on the divider it is highlighted but moving the mouse does not mive the
divider.
