#93 SSL Ciphers Setting

I'd like to see configurable SSL cipher suites with preferred order. Currently the ciphers to use are hardcoded as "HIGH". Under the background of RC4 being (most likely) broken and 3DES consuming a lot of CPU power, it would be great to add a config to set the supported cipher suites, at least for incoming connections.
