#81 Vhost comments

It would be nice to have a comment field for each vhost - not everyone wants to use the hostname (as DNS downtimes or slowness could affect the connection speed) or wants to comment his IPs (my.leet.vhost.com - use only with MYNICK) or so.

Should not be a big change, really, and could be usefull.
