When accessing the WebAdmin the links within all point to the root, for example /home

If all these were in a common DIR instead of the domains root then I could proxy the webadmin module behind apache/lighttpd and not need the port open to the world to see... for example instead of /home, use /znc/home for the URLs and proxies work fine.

I have attached a quick patch accomplishing this

No idea if you will ever come back and see this, but:
Would changing all the links in webadmin to relative URLs help you? I didn't find any info on lighttpd, but apache strips away some parts of the request for this proxy scenario.

    P.S.: Ask kroimon ;)

Ok this is now in trunk (r1253 and r1254). It was done a little different than you suggest.
All the webadmin skins now use relative links.
No changes to the webadmin module itself were done.
Kroimon convinces me that this would be enough for apache's mod_proxy and that he has no idea how to do this with lighttpd.

    Thanks for the report.
