When a BNC gets killed on version 0.76 it seems to make the software abort and disconnect all users from IRC. As in killed I mean /kill <nick> <reason>. Is this a feature or a bug and how can I fix it?

I'm not 100% sure but how is the kill "triggert"? If it's depending on the host-mask f.e. Nick!Ident@example.com and the kill triggers on *!*@example.com when you make
    /kill nick bye
than this an issue of the person who killed the connection and not an znc-issue

Yes, but it kills the ZNC and stops the ZNC software so all ZNC accounts disconnect..

I tested this on an own network. I connected my znc to it and then "/kill <nick> test"'d it. ZNC immediately reconnect as expected and it didn't crash at all.

So sorry, can not reproduce. Could you run your znc with --debug to find out more closely what happens?
