#26 special chars with image filenames - no PIL

It seems that some uploaded images into ZMS are not properly handled by PIL functions which seems to depend on special chars in the file name.

Unfortunately there are users or equipment (digi cams) around that generate such file names and try to load them into ZMS...

i.e.:
If a file would be uploaded as "Image (1).JPG" it would ne not scaled / processed by PIL.
If the same file would be uploaded as "Image1.JPG" it works as requested.

Is this solveable?

As i run ZMS under Unix (NetBSD4/5) it might depend from any charset conversion or other.

I tried this until ZMS 2.11.4-02 (Build #132e)
ZOPE: (unreleased version, python 2.4.5, netbsd4)
