Hi I have downloaded zMPLS (zMPLS-0.95-alpha.tar.gz) from sourceforge and tried to run zMPLS. I followed the instructions mentioned in the INSTALL file in zMPLS-0.95-alpha package. But I'm getting below error when trying to run make: root@01HW572712-linux:/home/controller/PoC/software/zMPLS-0.95-alpha# make cd . && /bin/bash /home/controller/PoC/software/zMPLS-0.95-alpha/missing --run autoconf aclocal.m4:29932: error: `Makefile' is already registered with AC_CONFIG_FILES. ../../lib/autoconf/status.m4:290: AC_CONFIG_FILES is expanded from... aclocal.m4:29932: the top level autom4te: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1 make: *** [configure] Error 1 I tried googling to solve the above error, and tried various options but it didnt work. Before running make I executed the configure shell script as mentioned in INSTALL and it went fine without any errors. I'm running this in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS OS. It'd be great if you can help me - (1) By pointing out the stable release of zMPLS and where to download the same (2) Any documentation available to test zMPLS using emulator/actual test setup (3) How to integrate this with other testing tools (MPLS traffic generator) Your quick response will be highly appreciated Regards Shankari |

Folks, I just recently joined this mailing list - I am quite interested in finding out the current state/status of the project, - level of discussion & actions on this mailing-list. If there are folks who have deployed this package for enterprise solutions then I would like to invite some comments from you with regards to use of MPLS-LDP in particular contained in this package. Can anybody tell me where can I get the latest stable version of
zMPLS? As the current update on
"http://zmpls.sourceforge.net/download.html" says that the available
release is unstable and still evolving.

Hi all,
As I worked for NSP, I am very much interested to deploy eompls in my network for our L2 customers. By googling I came to reached zmpls. I would very appreciated if someone give me some light on "quick howto''s on point to multipoint ethernet over mpls with zmpls".

Hello frnds,
I have establised ospf session between 2 router's.
now i want ldp session to be established.
I just..
1. started the ldp daemon..
2.did telnet on that port ..
3.enabled ldp on that interface ..
after this I saw ldp hello messages through ethereal on interfaces of both routers. ldp hello's of both routers were seen on both the routers.
BUT WHAT NEXT....
As in ospf when DR,BDR ,Active neigbor are set ..we come to know that session between them is establised ...
WHAT ABT LDP.?????
