#134 Change colors over time.

I was thinking how neat it would be if over time, the
zmatrix program would load another set of settings
after a preset amount of time. For example. It
would change from my settings from my green.cfg to
d_blue.cfg after 10 minutes. Just a simple idea that
I think seems feasable. Even though, without that
feature I think this program really is one of the
best matrix code programs I've seen on the web. Even
better since it runs as a desktop background with
minimum cpu usage.
