#93 double auto-start

when i choose to have the program auto-start using the
popup menu, the choices are for "all-users" and
"current-user", but whichever i click it checks both and
then starts it twice when i boot. i tried manually adding it
to the startup list, but it didnt work. im using winXP, and
the only user is "Administrator". any suggestions?
