#72 taskbar

i use zmatrix 1.5.2

i have windows xp sp1
use UxTheme Util for sp1

the option hiding from the taskbar is enabled.
when i start zmatrix and die taskbar hides, zmatrix
rebuild the not hiding taskbar.
