#39 Doesn't detect desktop resolution change on ThinkPad

Very esoteric situation that can be worked around, so
no big deal, but thought I'd mention it..

I'm running Zmatrix on a Thinkpad running Win2K. The
Thinkpad has a key that routes the display to its own
LCD screen, an external monitor, or both.

It's smart enough to remember the resolution you've set
on the external monitor display. So when I hit the key to
switch from the laptop's LCD (1024x768) to the external
monitor (1600x1200), and the resolution changes,
Zmatrix doesn't pick up the change and still runs as if
it's on a 1024x768 screen.

Workaround is to stop and restart Zmatrix.
