#132 Only works when configure window open

Just downloaded it, and played around with the
settings, and now the animations only run when the
Cofigure window is open. while not that bad, it is
irritating having an extra window open for no reasion.

You have the Pause option enabled. Right click on the ZM
icon in your system tray and uncheck Pause.

Or just left click the ZM icon in the tray, that will work
as well.
