#101 Special string probability

Setting the special string probability any lower than 5
causes the probability to keep dropping to zero, ie if you
change the probability to 4 or less, the program seems
to change this to 0, showing the special string property
as 0 the next time you open the configuration.

Not serious, but slightly irritating for those of us that
want subtle usage of the special string
